Optional: CE credits available through the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management – Part 2

Lyons Health Labs (LHL) partners with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) to provide CE credits to individuals who complete videos in this in-service training series. LHL will share information you submit in this form to CSNM to ensure that you receive CE credit.
